After each use, our team ensures that every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. However, in the rare occurrence that we are unable to clean the unit due to inclement weather, employee availability, or unexpected delays, we will promptly sanitize the unit at your event location. This process typically takes 15-20 minutes and will not affect your rental time, as we will arrive early to complete this task. Additionally, even if the unit has been previously cleaned at our Too The Moon Bounce Co warehouse, we still conduct a courtesy wipe down to guarantee nothing was missed. This extra step ensures that you and your family are provided with the best units! If you happen to notice an area that needs additional attention, our team is always prepared with cleaning supplies on hand to address any concerns you may have.

With my wife’s health-conscious mindset, she knows the best products to use. Since we also use these inflatables ourselves, we only opt for natural and non-toxic cleaning substances. We stay away from commercial cleansers with toxic chemicals and fragrances that may initially smell nice and refreshing but can be harmful in the long run. We understand that children are constantly bouncing, jumping, and coming into close contact with our units. That’s why we believe it’s crucial to always use kid-friendly and safe materials, even if it’s just for a short period of time.
