Cancelation Policy’s

Life is unpredictable. We plan events, schedule appointments, and look forward to special occasions. Yet sometimes things don’t go as we hoped. Whether it’s a sudden storm rolling in or an unexpected illness knocking at your door, cancellations can happen when you least expect them. Understanding a cancellation policy is essential for any event planner or participant. Bad Weather

Bad weather can truly throw a wrench in your plans. When severe conditions arise, safety should always come first. Here at Too The Moon Bounce Co we always try and reach out 1-2 days before your event with delivery details and we also check weather daily to see if any changes arise. If it looks to be a big change or storms or rain we always ask if you would want to risk, it. If you don’t want to take the chance, we offer a FREE RAIN CHECK for any date if unit is available. IF WE SET UP AND DELIVER THE UNIT AND IT RAINs MOST OF YOUR RENTAL OR THE EVENT REFUND’S ARE NOT GIVEN. The reason behind is this is we always check make sure your aware of risk and we do all of the work for the event and pick up units in the rain is even worse on us. We do not want it to rain and waterlog our units and will never make you feel forced to have to do the event. We can always reschedule but decision need to be made before we arrive. 

Rain Check – This is given for weather related cancelations for your event. It is good for any given day within calendar year. You can either get the same unit or something in equal value. If your unit is not available for your new requested date, we will try to find something else that will match your event or what you’re looking for. Always reach out to Too The Moon Bounce Co for confirming these details with your changes.

Medical Emergency

Life is unpredictable, and medical emergencies can strike at any moment. Whether it’s an unexpected illness or an unfortunate accident, these situations demand immediate attention. When faced with such circumstances, we understand that plans may need to change. Your health and well-being take precedence over everything else. Our policy allows for flexibility in these trying times. If you find yourself needing to cancel due to a medical emergency, simply inform us as soon as possible at 850-247-8078. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment or booking without hassle. It’s not just about business; it’s about compassion and understanding. We want you to focus on recovering without the added stress of cancellation fees or rigid policies. Reach out when you’re ready—your peace of mind matters most during difficult moments like this. 

Date Change

Sometimes plans need to change. Whether it’s due to bad weather or an unexpected medical emergency, we understand that you may need to adjust your schedule. When it comes to dates, flexibility is key. It’s important for us to work with you on finding a suitable alternative that fits your needs. If you find yourself in a situation where rescheduling is necessary, don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as possible. We will work with you on find another date if same unit is available or something similar. All rescheduling needs to be done 2 weeks prior of your event unless is medical or weather related. 

Deposit’s 

All Deposits are final within 31 days of your event date.  This is because we have limited units available and hold a unit from other bookings. We get several calls and orders a day. We will work with you to figure out a situation as stated in the above topics. Too The Moon Bounce Co always puts customer first and will come to a good outcome that works for both of us.
