Delivery & Set Up Information

Delivery:

Lessor shall deliver the Rental Equipment to the street address specified by Customer at the agreed upon time. All delivery times will be set by no later than Friday or 1-3 days before your event date. All times can range from 30 mins before your scheduled drop off time to all the way to 4-6 hours ahead of time depending on our routes for that weekend. It could even need to be dropped off a day prior. This will all be discussed & agreed upon before we schedule you for the weekend of your event. If only available for a set time, please contract our office so we can make notes. This is for schools, park set ups or specific event hours. Customer must be there for set up so there no confusion or issues with placement.

Customer grants to Lessor the right to enter the property at the said street address (Delivery Address) for delivery, and required set up, if any, and for subsequent pick up of the Rental Equipment and any associated equipment or packing materials at the approximately specified times. If unit does not fit or order of wrong unit or late cancellation delivery charge will still be charged to the customer.

Set Up:

We delivery and set up all of our units. You just show us where you would like the unit to be placed. Must be on levelish ground and no sharp objects or debris in the set-up zone. You will need to show us what outlets to use for power and water hook ups. We provide electrical cords, water hoses, tarps and stakes for unit set up.
