Half the people who call us about a Eustis park party have the wrong park. Ferran is the one everybody pictures, and Ferran is the one without a covered pavilion. Below is all six City of Eustis parks side by side, what each one actually has, and the two questions to ask when you reserve — then the slides and castles that go on them.
Backyard party instead? Skip to what we bring and what it costs. We cover both Eustis ZIPs — 32726 and 32736 — plus Grand Island and out toward Pine Lakes.
The city runs twelve parks. Six of them are realistic for a party with an inflatable, and only two of those publish a covered pavilion. Here is what the City of Eustis lists for each one, side by side, so you can shortlist a venue before you start making calls.
| Park | Covered pavilion | What else is there | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carver Park2214 E Bates Ave | Yes | Grills, picnic tables, playground, basketball, softball fields, restrooms, and a boardwalk along Lake Willie. The Garden Room is on the same site if you want a room as well. | The all-rounder. Shade, a bathroom and space to put an inflatable, in one place. |
| Sunset Island Park409 W Ward Ave | Yes | Covered picnic areas and a sports pavilion, plus tennis, racquetball, basketball, a skate park, playground and restrooms. | Mixed ages. The older kids have somewhere to go once they're done bouncing. |
| Ferran Park50 Ferran Park Dr — the city lists 250 on its events pages, so put “Ferran Park” in the GPS, not the number | No | The Alice McClelland Memorial Bandshell, a gazebo, playground, lakefront walking paths, kayak launch and restrooms. The Aquatic Center is on the same site. | Downtown lakefront occasions. Gorgeous, but plan your own shade. |
| Palmetto Point Park1651 Getford Rd | No | Half-mile walking trail, disc golf course, multipurpose field, outdoor gym equipment, picnic tables and restrooms. | Open field space when you want room for an obstacle course. |
| Eustis Community Center601 Northshore Dr | Indoor | Rentable air-conditioned rooms with tables and chairs included, plus the Lakeview Room. Pendleton Park and the lake walk are at the same address. | Your rain plan, or a party where the adults would rather be inside. |
| Selleen Tot LotGetford Rd | No | Swings, picnic tables, benches and a small grassy play area. Closes at dusk. | Toddlers and small gatherings. Too small for a large slide. |
When you call (352) 357-7969 to reserve, ask these two, because they are what decide whether an inflatable can go up on the day and they are the two the city answers rather than we do:
Then call us on (321) 475-5446 with those two answers and we can match a unit to the site in about a minute. Whoever picks up will be one of the three of us — there is no call center in the middle of this.
This is what catches people out more than anything else, and it is worth two minutes with a tape measure before you book. A “20ft” slide is twenty feet tall. Our 20ft Sunny Drop is 36 feet long and 15 feet wide once it is standing, and that is before the run-out at the bottom. The 47ft obstacle course is 47 by 11 and stands 14 feet. So measure the length of your yard, not the width — length is what runs out first. Most of the units below carry their real dimensions, so you can check before you fall in love with one; if the one you like doesn’t, ring us and we will measure it out with you.
Nineteen in the fleet, from a 15ft toddler slide to a 24ft dual lane. Most run wet or dry, which matters here — a Lake County October is still warm enough for a slide, and a dry slide books the same unit in January.

Five of the fourteen, picked because they are the ones that suit a Eustis booking: each of these will go on a driveway or an indoor floor as well as grass, which matters when your yard is mostly patio or the date looks wet. The rest of the fleet, including the licensed Disney, Mickey and Star Wars units, is one tap away.

Four courses, 42ft to 50ft. These need a genuine run of flat ground, so they suit a school field day, a church festival or a park field far better than a back yard. If you are booking one for a park, check the field length in the venue table above first.

Worth knowing about if the birthday child is two and the cousins are eight — a toddler unit next to a combo keeps everyone off each other.

2-in-1 Toddler Bounce ComboBounce and climb · under-5sFrom $165 for the dayA 3500W generator is $65 and is what makes a park booking possible when there is nothing to plug into. Tables and chairs are $2 a chair and $15 a six-foot table, and a 20x20 tent is the answer at a park with no pavilion. Cotton candy, popcorn and snow cone machines are $75 each. All of it comes on the same truck, so adding it costs you nothing in delivery.
Eustis has a busy civic calendar for a town of twenty-five thousand people, and it moves ours around. If your party lands near one of these, book earlier than you'd normally think to.
Downtown fills up for the George Washington birthday celebration Eustis has been running since 1902 — the longest continuously running one of its kind in the country. Family parties cluster around that weekend, and so do our trucks. Three weeks of notice is about right.
Eustis Elementary, Eustis Heights Elementary, Eustis Middle and Eustis High all run events in this window, and school bookings need the insurance certificate squared away ahead of the day rather than on it. Give us the district contact and we'll handle that side.
The city's Fourth of July event, with the water ski show and fireworks over Lake Eustis. It's our single busiest weekend in Lake County, and backyard parties on either side of it get booked out first.
Ferran Park again, and the point where the weather finally turns pleasant. Late fall and winter are the easiest stretch of the year to get the unit you actually want, often with only a few days of notice.
Eustis mail covers two very different areas. One is the compact city around the lake. The other is a hundred square miles of northeast Lake County. Both are on our route, but the second one is worth mentioning when you call, because it changes our timings.
Eleven and a half square miles, most of it a normal driveway-and-back-gate job. The one thing worth flagging when you book is a narrow side gate, because a 24ft slide will not go through one and we would rather know before the truck is loaded than when it arrives. Downtown Eustis and the Bay Street blocks, Eustis Heights, Haselton Heights and Haselton Village, Hillcrest at Lake Nettie, Lake Joanna Estates, Blue Lake Estates, Winchester Estates, Bay State South, Lakewood Ranches, Country Club Manor, Arbor Hills, Breezy Heights, Bright Water Place, Lake Eustis Place, Westgate, Eustis Meadows and the Pine Meadows streets.
The Pine Lakes area, South Pine Lakes and Florida Hills, and the properties strung along the roads north and east of town toward the forest. Long driveways and acreage are normal out here, so tell us where you want the unit relative to the house and we'll plan the truck around it.
Grand Island, the Lake Yale shoreline, Umatilla and Tavares sit on the same runs, so a booking in any of them is no harder than one in town. Anywhere else in Lake County, put the address into the booking form and the system will price the delivery before you commit to anything — or ask us if you would rather hear it from a person.
We arrive ahead of your start time, anchor for the surface you actually have, run it up, test it, and walk you through the safety rules. Then we come back at the end and take it away. None of that is an extra line on the invoice.

Yes, and often. It's about eighteen miles up US-441, which is a half-hour run with the trailer. Lake County is a normal weekend route for us rather than a favor, so you're not paying a surcharge to be this side of the county line. What we do ask for is your start time, because that's what decides where you sit on the run.
Two of the six publish a covered pavilion: Carver Park on East Bates Avenue and Sunset Island Park on West Ward Avenue. Carver is the one we'd start with, because the pavilion, the restrooms and the playground are all in one place there. Ferran Park is the prettiest of them and it's where the city holds its events, but the city doesn't list a pavilion at Ferran — the Bandshell and the gazebo are what's there — so plan your own shade if you book it. Reserve through the city on (352) 357-7969.
The city hasn't published an outlet map, and the answer changes depending on which spot inside the park you reserve, so the honest answer is that whoever takes your reservation on (352) 357-7969 is the one who knows. Ask them while you are booking. Either answer is workable: we own generators and bring one when there is nothing to plug into, at no extra charge.
Grass, water and more room than people expect — the measurements are in the water slide panel above. The part that catches people out is that a slide can't go on a driveway the way a bounce house can: the anchoring and the water both need ground. If your yard is tight, send a photo when you ask about a date and we'll tell you honestly whether the 24ft one fits.
Start with the Princess Module Castle at 14 by 14, or the 15ft Stars & Stripes slide at 25 by 9 — those two go almost anywhere. The 18ft Purple Crush is the smallest full-size slide. Anything with “dual lane” in the name needs 18 feet of width, and the obstacle courses need 42 to 50 feet of clear run, which is a school field rather than a back yard. Most units on this page list their real dimensions, so measure once and pick from what fits; if the one you want does not show them, ask and we will measure it for you.
Yes, and most people don't know it. The majority of our slides run wet or dry — the same unit, without the hose. A dry slide in January is one of the easiest bookings of the year to get, because everyone else has stopped asking. If you want it wet, Lake County usually stays warm enough well into October.
Regularly, and they are the bookings that need the most notice, because the paperwork moves slower than the party does. Eustis Elementary, Eustis Heights Elementary, Eustis Middle and Eustis High all run events in the April to May window. Give us the name of whoever handles facilities and we will send the insurance certificate straight to them rather than routing it through you. Multiple units on one site is normal for these — obstacle courses and interactive games usually beat a single bounce house when there are two hundred children in a rotation.
Sooner than you think for two specific weekends, and later than you think for most of the year. GeorgeFest at the end of February and the Hometown Celebration on the 3rd of July are the two that go: give those a month. Everything else in spring and summer wants two or three weeks. From November through February we can usually still do the same week, and that is when the good units are actually free rather than already out.
Every unit above with its real price and a live calendar. Look at three Saturdays if you want — the system doesn't ask you for anything until you decide.
