Why Apopka families book us

Being based in town changes what we can do for you

Most rental companies serving Apopka drive in from Orlando or Sanford. We don't — every truck starts its route here, which is why we can handle early set-ups for morning parties, and why a last-minute weekend date is worth a call even when the calendar looks full.

Early set-ups

Morning birthday at home? We can be set up and out of your way before the guests arrive, because we're not fighting I-4 to get to you.

Delivery, set-up, takedown

Included as standard. We stake or sandbag properly for the surface you have — grass, pavement or indoors — and come back for it afterwards.

Cleaned between every rental

Every unit is washed and sanitized after it comes back, not just wiped down between bookings on the same day.

What you can rent

Every unit we own, with what it actually costs

Real prices and real dimensions, because the two questions everyone asks are “how much” and “will it fit”. Worth knowing before you scroll: the number in a slide’s name is its height, not its footprint. A 20ft slide is 36 feet long on the ground. Measure the length of your yard, not the width.

Bounce houses and combos

The workhorses. A combo has a bounce floor plus a slide, a basketball hoop and a climb wall in one unit, which is why they hold a mixed-age party together better than a plain castle does. All of these will go on grass, on a driveway or indoors.

Water slides

Nineteen in the fleet; here are the four that go out of the Apopka warehouse most often. Slides need grass rather than pavement, because the anchoring and the water both need ground, plus an outdoor faucet the hose can reach. Most run wet or dry, so the same unit covers a July pool party and a February birthday.

Obstacle courses and toddler units

Two ends of the same problem. The courses need 42 to 50 feet of clear run, so they belong at a school field day, a church festival or a park field. The toddler units are the opposite: low, soft, no real drop, and sized for under-fives — useful when the birthday child is two and the cousins are eight.

Everything else comes on the same truck

Chairs are $2 each and a six-foot table is $15, with a 20x20 tent if you need shade the yard doesn’t have. Cotton candy, popcorn and snow cone machines are $75 each. A 3500W generator is $65 and is what makes a park booking work when there is nothing to plug into. Adding any of it to an existing booking costs nothing extra in delivery, so it is worth deciding now rather than hiring it separately later.

Parks and venues we set up at

A park party takes more planning than one in your own backyard. These are the Apopka spots we deliver to regularly:

Northwest Recreation Complex

Kit Land Nelson Park

Alonzo Williams Park

Kelly Park / Rock Springs

Before you book a park party, call Tommie

Permit rules, insurance paperwork and whether there is power near your pavilion change frequently at these locations, and they are not the same from one park to the next. Rather than print requirements that go out of date, call (321) 475-5446. Tommie owns the company and does the park deliveries himself, so he'll tell you exactly what your park needs right now — and send our insurance certificate over if they ask for it.

Outside Apopka? We deliver across Central Florida too — tell us where you are and we'll confirm we cover it.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes

1

Check your date

Pick your unit and see live availability. Nothing's held until you confirm, so you can look without committing.

2

Confirm the details

Tell us what you're setting up on: grass, pavement or indoors. And roughly what time the party starts. That decides how we anchor it and when we arrive.

3

We deliver and set up

We arrive ahead of your start time, set up, test it, and walk you through the safety rules. Afterwards we come back and take it away.

On the day

What it looks like when we turn up

We arrive ahead of your start time, anchor for the surface you actually have, run it up, test it, and walk whoever is supervising through the safety rules. At the end we come back and take it away. None of that is a separate line on the invoice.

Apopka questions

Things Apopka parents ask us

Usually something is needed, but what exactly changes from park to park and from season to season, which is why we'd rather you called us than trusted a web page on it. Call (321) 475-5446, tell Tommie which park you are booking, and he will tell you what it needs right now. We carry the insurance and will send the certificate straight over if the city asks for one.

It depends entirely on which park and which pavilion you have reserved. A bounce house blower has to run the whole time the unit is up, so this is worth sorting before the day rather than on it. Tell us which pavilion you reserved and we'll let you know whether you need a generator.

We can. On grass we stake into the ground, which is the more secure anchor. On pavement, a driveway or indoors we use weighted sandbags instead. Just tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchors. It's the single most useful thing you can tell us in advance.

Because our warehouse is in Apopka rather than Orlando, we can usually be set up and gone before your guests arrive. Tell us your start time when you book and we will build the route around it.

Every unit above lists its real dimensions, and the trap is the slides: the number in the name is the height. The 20ft Sunny Drop is 36 feet long and 15 feet wide on the ground. If your yard is tight, the Princess Module Castle at 14 by 14 and the 15ft Stars & Stripes slide at 25 by 9 are the two that fit almost anywhere. Anything described as dual lane needs 18 feet of width, and the obstacle courses need 42 to 50 feet of clear run — that is a field, not a back yard.

Yes, and for a school field day or a church festival it is usually the better answer than one large unit, because it keeps children moving through instead of queueing. There are bundled party packages if you would rather not pick piece by piece. Tell us roughly how many children and over how many hours, and we will tell you what that actually needs.

Florida summers being what they are, this comes up a lot. Call us as early as you can that morning — the sooner we know, the more options we have. Our full cancellation terms are on the cancellation policy page.

For a spring or summer Saturday, two to three weeks is smart, because those dates go first. Fall and winter are much easier and we can usually help the same week. It costs nothing to check a date, so it's always worth asking.
